Primary and secondary mirror made of CoCr

CoCr (Cobalt-Chrome) Telescopic Dentures – Milled or Laser-Sintered

Depending on your requirements and indications, we offer the production of your telescopic dentures using the precise CAD/CAM milling process or the additive laser melting process (laser sintering). The choice is yours: We can handle pure manufacturing based on your data, design including manufacturing, or the complete digital workflow (scan, design, manufacturing).

We exclusively use high-quality, medical cobalt-chrome alloys. This material is the proven standard for telescopic and cast partial dentures, as it combines extremely high strength with excellent corrosion resistance and biocompatibility.

  • Milling technique: Ideal for the highest surface quality and absolutely reproducible fits for primary and secondary parts.

  • Laser sintering (SLM): The economical and highly precise solution for complex geometries and stress-free frameworks.

Important note on fit

To allow you maximum flexibility in the final finishing, we deliver primary and secondary parts with a tight fit as standard. This allows you to individually adjust the desired friction in your laboratory through manual post-processing.

💡 Important note for your daily lab work:

Please group items for the same patient in one order only. Why? If a single order is delayed in production, it would otherwise hold up the delivery of the entire order (and thus also the work for your other patients). Thank you for your cooperation!
