Depending on your requirements, we can handle the milling process based on your manufacturing data, design and milling, or the complete workflow including scanning, design and milling.

We manufacture high-precision secondary telescopes (caps) from the high-performance polymer DD peek MED . This material is the ideal, metal-free solution for comfortable secondary structures on primary parts made of zirconia, precious metal or non-precious metal.

Important note regarding fit

To give you maximum flexibility in the final design, we supply the PEEK secondary parts with a tight fit to your primary structures as standard. This allows you to individually adjust the desired friction in your laboratory through manual rework.
